This page explains how to request deletion of your ArchersCloset account outside the mobile app, what data is deleted, and what data may be retained when legally required.

How to request account deletion

If you are signed in to your ArchersCloset web account, use the delete action below. If you cannot access your account, contact support from the email on the account or include your username and registered email so we can verify ownership before processing the request.

Data deleted with your account

  • Profile information such as your username, email address, saved profile details, and notification preferences.
  • Marketplace content linked to your account, including listings, saved items, carts, offers, trade records, meetup requests, reviews, and related notifications.
  • Messages, conversation participation records, verification codes, and other active account data tied to the deleted account.

Data that may be retained when required

  • Limited information may be retained when required by law or when necessary to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect legal rights.
  • Transaction records may be retained in anonymized form for analytical or compliance purposes, as described in the ArchersCloset privacy policy.
  • Support or compliance records may be retained only to the extent reasonably necessary to process the request and meet legal obligations.

Retention timing

ArchersCloset removes or anonymizes personal data within a reasonable timeframe after account deletion. Notification data is automatically deleted after 60 days, and any retained data is limited to what is necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or compliance purposes.
